As the Founder and Director of Avoria, Alisha leads our multidisciplinary team with a deep commitment to family-centered care. Having supported children with autism and developmental disabilities across home, school, center, and community environments, Alisha established Avoria to make high-quality therapy accessible, transparent, and seamless for families.
Under her leadership, Avoria operates with a strict zero-waitlist philosophy, ensuring children receive timely, individualized interventions led by certified clinicians.

Clinical Oversight & Behavioral Program Design
Our credentialed Behaviour Analysts lead individual program designs, conduct formal assessments, and provide ongoing clinical supervision. They work closely with families to establish meaningful, individualized goals and ensure data-driven progress.
Mikhaela Fernandez
BCBA & RBA (Ontario)
Mikhaela is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario, with 6 years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Master’s in Disabilities Studies, specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis, from Brock University.
She's passionate about supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities and feels truly grateful to work alongside families. Her goal is to provide compassionate, individualized support that helps build meaningful skills, confidence, and positive change in everyday life.
Supervised Behavioural Therapists
Direct 1-on-1 Therapy & Natural Environment Teaching
Our dedicated Supervised Behavioural Therapists are at the heart of our day-to-day services, working 1-on-1 with your child right in the comfort of your home or community setting. All SBTs have an educational background in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field, bringing warmth, energy, and continuous positive reinforcement to every therapy session.

Registered Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)
Our registered Speech-Language Pathologists specialize in early communication, speech clarity, expressive and receptive language development, stuttering, and Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) devices (PECS, LAMP, Proloquo2Go).
Registered Occupational Therapists (OT)
Our licensed Occupational Therapists help children develop fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing strategies, emotional regulation, and daily living independence (feeding, dressing, handwriting), while advocating for equipment through OAP and insurance.
